Web standards and accessibility
This website has been designed for maximum accessibility and ease of use.
Any modern, standards compliant browser will be able to render the pages with full fidelity. Compatibility has been tested for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, 5.5 and 6; Mozilla/Firefox and Opera 7, 7.5. For older browsers, for example Netscape 4.x and Internet Explorer 4, the site will display without the style sheet (ie very basic formatting).
The site supports variable text-sizing. In Internet Explorer, text size can be changed from the View — Text Size menu options. In Firefox, text size can be altered from the View menu. For very large text sizes, rendering the site without the stylesheet is advisable.
Keyboard Navigation
The site is fully navigable from the keyboard, by using the tab key to select menu items/hyperlinks, and the Enter key to activate/follow them.
In addition, the following keyboard shortcuts are available:
- Alt-S will skip the navigation, and jump straight to the main content.
- Alt-3 will jump to the help page
We always welcome feedback, comments or suggestions on how to improve the site..
